Resource Deployment Management (Work Location: Cheng Du)

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for management staffing for delivery project engagements
• Assist project managers on assigning appropriate resources with required skills to specific customer project
• Understand the skill sets of available resources, including those in other geographic areas

Qualifications:?

• Strong related project experiences in Java, Mainframe, Lotus Notes, SQL programming or C/C++
• Knowledge of process and project management
• Experiences in project management are preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Willing to work under pressure.
