• Independently lead and manage a project or program of 5 to 50 team size
• Will be fully accountable and responsible for delivery (cost, schedule and quality)
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain good customer communications and relationships
• Mentor and develop your team

• Demonstrated experience working within large projects as the Project Leader where you have experienced full engagement cycle
• Strong technical competence in at least of one of the following areas: Java / Web/ Testing / Mainframe
• 5+ years of experiences as a Project Manager
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills are essential
• Demonstrated leadership skills and people management skills
• Project financial management experience
• Good command of English language - written, spoken and reading
• Other technical skills are highly advantageous
