Reply via e-mail to questions concerning on-line shopping on Newegg.com put forward by American customers (non-technical-related questions);
Play the role of Customer Service Representative(CSR), be responsible for management, recruitment, training, troubleshooting, quality control, staff promotion, staff auditing and so on;
Be mainly responsible for replying questions such as: order inquiry, post-sales service issues, customer suggestions an criticism, payment processing, delivery status and so on;
This post does not handle product-related technical problems;
The purpose of CS Department is to answer and resolve all incoming emails in a timely and efficient manner.
Basic Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, no restrictions on major;
Excellent English reading, writing and communication abilities,pass TEM - 4 or CET – 6;
With at least three years of experience in department management;
Have a professional and strong sense of customer-service, with a real understanding of how to treat customers; those who are previously involved in the field of customer service will be given priority;
Proficient in computer skills, familiar with MS OFFICE, especially MS Outlook.
